Market Alignment
Direct. Independent. Built for Scale.
DC Harvest operates as an independent execution layer in the Wheatbelt sandalwood supply chain. We harvest and process standing timber with full control, full traceability, and no commercial interest in the wood itself.
We are building the operational infrastructure required to move significant volume efficiently and cleanly — starting with corridor-based harvesting and moving toward a centralised yard model.
Independence
No Conflicts. No Compromises.
DC Harvest maintains strict separation from buyers, brokers, and any commercial interest in the timber we handle. We do not buy wood. We do not resell it. We do not advise on pricing or offtake.
This separation is deliberate. When the operator has no financial stake in the timber or the buyer relationship, the owner receives cleaner execution, clearer reporting, and outcomes that are not distorted by hidden incentives.
Independence is not a marketing claim. It is the structural foundation of how we operate on every site.

Control & Transparency
Visibility from Recovery to Custody Transfer.
Every tonne is tracked from the point of harvest through processing and grading. Lot-level identity is maintained, and full documentation is delivered at the end of each project.
Owners and their advisers have direct visibility into what is happening with their material throughout the operation — not after the fact, but in real time. This level of control reduces risk and removes ambiguity from the process.

In Practice
How This Works in the Field
Owner Retains Full Custody
The owner maintains ownership of the timber at all times. We never take title.
No Hidden Margins
Our fee is for execution only. There is no commission, no margin on the timber, and no financial interest in the buyer.
Grade Integrity
Material is separated, graded, and documented at the lot level before custody is transferred.
Direct Communication
Owners and advisers deal directly with the operator. No layers or intermediaries.
Site-Specific Planning
Every harvest is planned around terrain, access, density, and seasonal conditions. No template approach.
Full Documentation
Reconciliation, grade breakdown, and custody transfer records are delivered on completion.
Forward Direction
Building Infrastructure, Not Just Servicing Jobs.
The Wheatbelt sandalwood estate is mature. Large volumes of timber now require coordinated, efficient movement to market. The current model of fragmented, site-by-site harvesting does not scale to meet this reality.
DC Harvest is actively building the next layer of operational infrastructure. Corridor-based harvesting is already underway, aggregating nearby properties into structured, efficient operations. In parallel, we are developing a centralised yard model designed to improve processing efficiency, traceability, and buyer readiness across the supply chain.
This is not a future concept. It is being built alongside active harvesting operations.
Market Position
Why This Matters
Owners gain an independent operator with no conflicting commercial interests and full operational transparency.
Buyers gain consistent, graded, and documented material prepared to specification.
Advisers gain a credible, execution-focused referral partner for harvest-ready plantations.
The industry gains an operator investing in real infrastructure rather than perpetuating fragmented, intermediary-heavy models.
