Excavator with grapple and custom snipper, tipper trucks, tractor-powered tumbler, chainsaws, and 7-tonne front-end loader. All equipment maintained and operated by certified personnel.

Processing

De-Barking & Tumbling

All material is processed through our tractor-powered tumbler to achieve consistent de-barking standard before grading. Optimal processing occurs within hours of extraction to maintain material quality.

Quality & Presentation

Two-Stage Quality Control

Stage 1 — Tumbler QC

Operator-controlled de-barking to consistent standard. Material is tumbled and inspected before progressing to the grading station.

Stage 2 — Cutting & Grading

Full grade compliance at the cutting station. Material is separated by classification with lot-level identity maintained throughout.
